Frosty the snowman was a jolly happy soul,
雪人Frosty是个非常快乐的人儿
With a corncob pipe and a button nose
叼着玉米杆烟管，顶着纽扣鼻子
And two eyes made out of coal.
煤块眼睛黑黝黝
Frosty the snowman is a fairy tale, they say.
雪人Frosty是个童话故事里面的传说，他们说
He was made of snow but the children know how he came to life one day.
他是雪做成的。但是孩子们知道，他某天就那么活了过来
There must have been some magic in that old silk hat they found.
他们找到的那顶丝绸旧帽子一定有什么魔法
For when they placed it on his head
因为刚把帽子给雪人戴上，
He began to dance around.
他就开始跳起舞来了
O, Frosty the snowman
哦，雪人Frosty啊
Was alive as he could be,
是如此地充满生命力
And the children say he could laugh
孩子们说，他能笑
And play just the same as you and me.
能玩儿，就像你我一样
Frosty the snowman knew the sun was hot that day,
雪人Frosty啊，知道那一天的太阳很猛烈
So he said, "Let's run and we'll have some fun now before I melt away."
所以他说，在我融化之前，我们一起奔跑吧，一起开心玩
Down to the village,with a broomstick in his hand, running here and there all around the square saying,
一把扫帚在手，雪人在村子尽头的广场东奔西跑，大声喊着：
Catch me if you can.
来抓我吧
He led them down the streets of town right to the traffic cop.
他带着孩子们从镇子的街道跑啊跑啊，直到撞到了交警叔叔
And he only paused a moment when he heard him holler "Stop!"
他听到交警让“停下”时，只停一下。
For Frosty the snow man had to hurry on his way,
因为雪人Frosty要急着赶路
But he waved goodbye saying,
但是，他没忘停下来挥手告别，说：
"Don't you cry,I'll be back again some day."
可别哭哦，我某天还会回来的
I'll be back again some day.
我还会，还会回来的。
